Appliqued Birthday Cupcake Dress

Perfect for your little girl's birthday!This is my favorite birthday dress. Hot pink solid with appliqued sorbet disco dot cupcake with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 candles. However, this particular style of cupcake only can have 1 or 2 candles. I will have to use a slightly different cupcake for more than 2 candles.

If ordering pants with the top, please specify if you want the top left full length like a dress or shortened like a swing top.
