1. Do you offer discounts? I offer a 10% discount for over 10 outfits ordered. Please contact me for coupon code.

2. Do you accept returns? No returns are accepted on custom outfits.

3. Do you accept local pickup? I prefer only to mail via the post office.

4. If I don't see an applique I'm looking for, can I create my own custom outfit? If you don't see what you are looking for, please contact me. I'm sure I can find something perfect for you.

5. Can I send you fabric to make an outfit? I can make outfits from fabric you send me. Please contact me for yardage needed. Prices start at $20 for a dress or jon jon.

6. Are there rush charges? Please contact me before placing a rush order, but if I am able to complete it in time, there is no extra charge. If you need something shipped overnight, however, there will be extra charge for postage.

7. I don't see the design that I'm looking for. Do you take custom orders? Definitely! If you can't find the applique or fabric you are looking for, please contact me and I'll find something for you!

8. Can you make sizes larger than the ones listed? I can make up to size 12 for girls and 5T for boys. Please contact me if your size isn't listed.

9. Can I send you a picture of my Customer Cutie for your website? Please do! I love seeing pictures of my littliest customers!

10. What does "no crotch snaps" mean? If you choose not to have crotch snaps in a jon jon, the crotch will be sewn up. Some people prefer snaps for easy diaper changes but they are not necessary.

11. Can you change applique colors? Yes! All applique fabrics and thread colors can be customized.

12. How do you ship orders? All orders are shipped USPS. You should receive a shipping confirmation if you pay via paypal.

13. Can I call you and give you a credit card number for my order? Unfortunately, I am unable to process credit cards myself, but www.paypal.com will be able to process your credit card securely.

14. I don't see the font I am looking for...do you have more? I have 100s of fonts if you don't see what you are looking for.

15. How big are your bows? The infant bows are 3" across, medium bows are 4" across, and large bows are 5". Infant bows are made with 5/8" ribbon. Medium bows are made with 1" ribbon. Large bows are made with 1.5" ribbon. All are grosgrain pinweel bows. Pinwheel bows have one tail sticking up and one sticking down.

16. Can you make different kinds of bows? Yes! If you prefer a different style or size, let me know.

17. How are the bows attached? Bows are attached with safety pins so they can be easily removed for washing. If you think your child can undo the safety pins, please remove them. Bows can not be sewn on.
